        Its very rare when I get on google to type a great review but Melissa absolutely deserves the recognition. As an experienced District Manager I was most impressed with how she handled the entire situation. She displayed the above and beyond behavior, showed empathy for me as a paying customer and more importantly made sure that I was happy before leaving. Ive been to the Sallys in Kissimmee and I could not say the same. Thank you Melissa youve just earned yourself a customer that would be willing to drive 15min further just to grasp the experience I just had! WOW!! AMAZING
