      image I was in desperate need of large Bobby pins for my daughters dance competition.  I walked up to the door at 7:55pm.  Hours were marked to close at 8pm.  The door was locked. She made eye contact with me.  I told her it wasn't 8 yet to which she responded with the register locks at 8 and we can't use it.  If your hours are 8pm, then customer service says you close at EIGHT. Not 7:55.
