The staff is very friendly and helpful after several years of being at this location. I had to make an update because I have seen several young men and ladies come and go in this Beauty Supply store but the customer service remains the same! Smiling faces with a willingness to assist.

I am glad I stopped in here instead of going to my usual supply stores. Ive never seen staff dressed so professionally. The ladies had on uniformed polo shirts, it looked really nice. It was early Saturday morning & both ladies were smiling and very friendly and helpful. The music wasnt too loud. I had a nice experience and will definitely return. Store was very neat and organized as well.

I am going to stop coming here as often as I do they never have the product I originally came for so I always have to get something else the staff doesn't know anything about what products work and what doesnt or even what they do and get the biggest additude when you ask questions and when they ask if you have a v.i p card and you say no instead asking would you like to sign up they look at you so dirty and say nothing definitely doesn't encourage me to want to spend an extra 10 dollars just go to the bigger hair store right across the street at least they're stocked with product
