When we finally got into our apartment at check in it was going great until I (we) couldn't get onto the internet. So I walked to the office and the young man there came up to the apt. and helped us get the internet up and running on our computers. The apt. is in a great location of things like shopping a sporting events. The office staff was very nice and very informative. The grounds could use some cleaning of the trees shedding so that makes the parking lot look bad. Other than that it was a good stay.

I recently moved into this apartment complex with moderate expectations, but unfortunately, my experience has been mixed
The apartments themselves are decent, nothing extraordinary, but certainly livable. However, one significant downside is the lack of soundproofing. I can hear my neighbors above me walking around their apartment, which creates a hollow and disruptive environment. It's disappointing that the building's structure doesn't provide better insulation against noise.
Another issue I've encountered is with the maintenance of the outdoor spaces. The wood in the patio areas hasn't been washed or replaced, giving them a worn and neglected appearance. It's a small detail, but it contributes to the overall impression of lackluster upkeep.
What prompted me to write this review, though, is the state of the amenities, particularly the pool area. While the grills are advertised as a highlight, they've been a disappointment. One of the grills has been out of order since I moved in, and the one that works is consistently filthy. It seems that the staff doesn't prioritize cleaning them at all. Additionally, the propane line is confusing and you cant tell which is on or off.
Overall, while there are some positives to this apartment complex, such as the basic functionality of the apartments and the presence of amenities like the pool, the lack of soundproofing, maintenance issues with outdoor spaces, and neglect of amenities like the grills detract significantly from the overall experience. If these issues were addressed, it could greatly improve the quality of living here.

Kim, Menno, and Dara in the office are amazing. My partner and I just leased an apartment and when I tell you the office staff sold it for us, I mean it. Super friendly, available, and helpful. The grounds are immaculate. Two lighted tennis courts! The apartment itself is great. A few minor issues that are already being taken care of. It wasnt a drop off with the keys either; everyone made sure we were set to go and had no questions. Super excited to live here with my family.

This place is absolutely disgusting! Manager is incredibly unresponsive and maintenance is an absolute joke. Garbage compactor is constantly broken, front gate is always broken, apartments are fallow apart, walls are paper thin, my sink is rusted and looks like its been through a world war. There are far better options than here. Do yourself a favor and run for the hills! This place should be deemed unlivable
