The company sends off raffles (ex $300 off rent for a positive review) to boost their ratings.
Truth is, Maitenance is rarely available and some of the women in the rental area are extremely rude. Termites in the building, pool is gross. The inside of my place was fully upgraded so it was decent but that overall experience was pretty terrible

Since I’ve moved here 7 months back Brittany (management ) has been great ! She is so professional and by far the sweetest person I have dealt with! She has always been attentive! I am so happy with the way she runs things no matter what day you go in the office she greets you with a smile always willing to do what she can to help me! Makes sure the property is always clean and well kept ! Hands down hadn’t it been for her I probably would not have chosen Arbor Oaks she is an asset to this community!
