    Let me start off with the office staff, theyre amazing. Always kind and super helpful. Maintenance has also been fantastic, quick to respond, and very nice. The propertyI dont know whats going on but this place used to have really beautiful grounds and care was put into it by the previous company. Now the sign looks embarrassingly faded, fencing paint is peeling off, landscaping is continually getting ripped up and not replaced or given a buzz cut by lawn crews until it dies, and almost all the grass has been killed/allowed to die off. The grounds look horrible and they once were very lush and made the place look upscale. Its looks dumpy and unkempt now which is a shame because the people that work on property are great.

    I love it!! Amanda was amazing she knew the property well answer all my questions and got me an apartment that fit my needs. Is very relaxing, and close to restaurant, the water, board walk overran centric location. I do recommend this place.

    210 Watermark and the staff that works here do not even deserve 1 star. Our experience here was less than ideal during the majority of our time living here. We lived at 210 Watermark from the end of 2020 to the beginning of 2024. I could complain about the small issues that you will get at every apartment complex you rent from (dog poop, issues within the apartment, noise etc.) but we came across a couple of major issues while residing here. And I HIGHLY ADVISE looking ELSEWHERE TO LIVE!!! It's not worth the headache! The property does yearly preventative maintenance on your AC and then another yearly check on sprinklers, fire alarms, and fire extenguishers (preformed by an outside company). All great things, but the staff here are incapable of giving more than a single day notice that they will be coming into your apartment the next day, or tell you they will be in your apartment within the next 5 days because they can't figure out how to schedule each building for a certain day of the week. So make sure you lock up your pets for 5 days straight so they can have access at some point. To piggyback on that annoyance. We were told during one of our AC checks that they needed to replace our AC by the current maintenance man. When the day came to replace the unit, we called the front office to ask them an approximate time they would be showing up to replace our AC unit. The front office informed us they had no idea our AC unit was even being replaced. They hired a no-name outside AC company to replace our unit. I came home from work with two men in my apartment that did not work for the property. They were nice enough, informed me they were done and we all went about our lives. About 3-4 weeks later. The maintenance man knocked on my front door to ask me if these men left my spare key with us at the apartment BECAUSE THEY NEVER TURNED IT IN WHEN THEY COMPLETED THEIR JOB!!!! These men failed to turn in my apartment key, and we were never informed until almost a MONTH LATER. Where was the concern with our safety as residents? Why was this property now coming to us with a solution to change our locks and keys because our spare key was floating around?! We were outraged! And when we reached out to the front office, we were lucky to even get an apology and that issue was swept under the rug. We were on the 3rd floor of the building and we also delt with our underneath neighbors constantly smoking inside their unit. Which was seeping into our apartment constantly and was even worse in areas that were always enclosed such as our closets, laundry room, and cabinets. We had to hang out work clothes on our window curtains just so we wouldn't have to go to work smelling of an ashtray. We reached out to the front office a total of 10 separate times, between phone calls, e-mails and showing up in person. Only to be LIED straight to our face and given the run-around about how they would fix it. Which would NEVER EVER be followed up on until WE would reach out AGAIN about the issue. Dawn in the front office even had the nerve to argue with me about where my closet was located in my apartment, dragging me over to the "floor plan". (Which she was still wrong, clear as day even in the floor plan, but kept arguing). Dawn told us she even quit smoking at work to prevent herself from smelling like smoke, but would literally walk the complex smoking (TO EACH THEIR OWN, I do not care what you do with your life, but felt she was saying WHATEVER she could to shut us up even for a day or two). Dawn mentioned going "straight to the source and performing a mandatory inspection on THEIR apartment" . After I had not heard back in over a week, I went back to the office to ask for an update. And she claimed she would never have said that and its illegal to do . Which I found odd because this was HER suggestion, all I wanted her to do was to enter MY apartment to smell the issue. We have a 10 year old and felt our health and safety was a joke to the staff and property management company and ultimately made the decision to move out and move on.
