I really wanted to move here due to my new job being located in Bradenton. I was saddened when I was denied due to my income being over the limit but there was a blessing in disguise. I was approved at another community and make twice as much as I did before when hired. To those who have been denied, keep your head up and do not give up! The lady in the office did a great job on giving me a tour.

The girls in the office are all wonderful. I personally delt with Christina and she is a sweetheart. She helped me from the beginning to the end of getting my apartment. Especially putting up with me lol. I especially like the apartment,so far very happy.

Stop in for leaseing information around 4:10pm, I was amazed by the hospitality and customer service that the leasing agent provided I felt very welcomed. She also explained About The plethora of Of great features that your property had to offer. This Property is on my list if I decide to make a move to Bradenton Florida thank you
