Summerhouse Lakewood Ranch

I just want to share my experience during the process of visiting and renting an apartment at summerhouse. Isela was the most hands on deck for everything I needed, and let me tell that some of my requests were last minute due to a personal timeline and during a busy work day for her, where she had the right to have denied or postponed my requests with all acceptable reasons and asked me to come back later, but instead she handled it asap, with a smile on her face and a hard work attitude. I just love when people get out of their way to just be helpful on assisting you to get things done. Thank you so much Isela, you are one of a kind! :)

Working with Isela and the team at Summerhouse has been amazing. Anytime I have needed anything whatsoever they have been quick to react with a great customer service approach. The property itself is amazing but Isela and the people at Summerhouse make it even better.

I moved recently to summer house ,the staff is very polite , the apartment is very nice and clean , the A.C works perfectly fine , the appliances are good quality but I am very disappointed with the lack of cleanliness of the building (C) the entryway and hallways are so dirty, full of dog pee and lint, very stained , smells of urine , , I wish that they could take care with the same effort that they care with the main building (clubhouse ) , apartment model . I feel ashamed when someone comes to visit me , the building needs a deep cleaning, mainly the entrance close to the elevator , looks like nobody cleaned for a long , long time . its a shame because its a nice complex , they should care more about this

I just want to share my experience renting an apartment here. Ashley was the sweetest and most helpful making my transition smooth and uncomplicated. The events Ashley puts on are always so much fun and worth every penny to get to know my neighbors and enjoy the event that it put together. I love it here and needed to share my appreciation for Ashley.
