        This place has gone downhill since the new property manager took over. Shes all talk and no action! The hallways and stairwells stay filthy, floors are nasty, and the parking lot always has trash lingering around. Idk what the maintenance guy does besides stand around and look slow because hes never working and always leaving stuff in the hallway for days which is a safety hazard! The last manager was a itch but she made sure the building stayed clean. I hope this lady doesnt stick around long because she seems pretty useless and her maintenance man.

        started the process January 13th with a ignorant unprofessional manager Shafonda. I had to complain about her not responding to emails or phone calls. This is after I had given her my income and she never once said anything about my income being too high. Called corporate and they never said anything about income two weeks later they respond saying I make too much TWO MONTHS WASTED!!!!..YOU WASTED MY TIME AND ENERGY. THE MOST UPROFESSIONAL APARTMENT BUILDING IVE EVER DEALT WITH!!

      Lolol I agree I guess she only gets away with how much the owners allow her to get away with blame the low down owners actually they are the blame this building should have never been open to low income the worst owners I guess they thought they was doing a good deed for society lolol I could tell you some stories about this place damn shame such a beautiful place they must has evicted about over 100 tenants or more new owners need to take over, believe it or not they use to have security about six years ago the manager at that time was outstanding and she walked out on them ,meaning the owners because they thought she was too good of a manager 😀
