Cranston Hall Apartments

Their leasing agent Jenny is amazing and super helpful even with things that aren't her job and their head maintenance man Sam is a Houdini shows up whenever he's needed and goes above and beyond to fix any issues even if there were many or if you and no matter how serious it is he takes it seriously which is much appreciated and even though I miss all the trees that were in the neighborhood they did add a playground and are planning to add a clubhouse, which are both really nice additions, not to mention the gated dog park and finally allowing dogs in the complex I still think the rent is a little high but that is to be expected in this area and comparatively speaking it's right on par with the rest of the areas prices

I tried to look at an apartment here 6 months ago and made an appointment and when I got there no one was there and no one answered the phone or the door. I made another appointment January 24th. Again no one was there and no one answered the door or the phone. This is not a way to gain quality tenants. I have to wonder if they were this unresponsive to a future tenant how responsive would they be to me if I were to sign a lease and there was a problem once I moved in with the apartment.

Ive been living at Cranston Hall for a few months now. It is a humble neighborhood with great people. I really love my renovated apartment with updated appliances and a modern finish. But by far the best part of living here is Jenny, the leasing agent. She made my move in process very seamless and catered to the nuances of my situation. Despite being really busy managing the property and leasing, she is very responsive and I can always organize a meeting with her when I have questions or concerns. I would highly recommend living here as long as Jenny is working there!

Moved-in in September 2023 and absolutely love it. Perfect location for Everything fun and exciting. Apartments have been beautifully renovated. A playground for the kids and a dog park too. I have zero complaints. The office manager Jenny is awesome and gets things done. 100% Happy

Im a new tenant, my unit is great! Definitely peaceful. Jenny did an awesome job explaining the process, and answering my questions. Would definitely recommend.
