Mice, leaking ceiling, loud neighbors, walked in and seen maintenance sitting on my couch comfortable when the job been done.

Please note that this is one of those rental properties that try to catch tenants off guard with unit inspections. I've been a tenant at Evergreen Riverfront Heights for two years and have consistently gotten notices taped to the door, electronically and via mail when they want you to be aware of something. The ONLY time that they've ever only chosen one mode of communication (mail) is when there's going to be a "unit inspection". Most rental properties are aware that tenants don't check their mail daily, especially if they have to go out of their way to do so (e.g. mailboxes near the front of the complex but you live in the back). Thus, to still be in compliance with state law they send a notice by mail but ONLY BY MAIL. No taped notice on the door and no email notification like they do for other notices. Just something you may want to be aware of if you're considering living here. It's a very sneaky way to get around unacceptable entry and many rental properties do it cause it's technically not illegal.

Hated it. Dont expect anything updated the place is run down and you dont get to see the apartment before you sign the lease. The hallways are never cleaned and they stink. Pool has been closed since Covid which is ridiculous. In a short period of time I had multiple water leaks in my apartment. Couldve been worst but still wouldnt recommend unless this is the cheapest you could find.
