Save your time and money. Moved in November 2022 and have had nothing but issues. Went to the office multiple times about issues we were having and we had to contact multiple times to even get maintenance to look at it. There was never any communication. The emergency maintenance number is a joke. We called about a water leak on a Saturday and never heard anything backwent to the office a week later to bring it to their attention and was told theyd send someone out. No one still came out two weeks later so it was brought to their attention yet again and then two more days went by before they came to look at it. They do not care about their tenants. Broke our lease and moved out may 2023

This location is still a good quiet and cozy place to live in, yet it's unfortunate that new property manager associates have been hired, who seem to answer the phones promptly. That is no longer the case at this point, as I've been calling for two weeks straight for a friend who wants to rent a townhouse unit. This will be well over the tenth time that referring someone was unsuccessful due to the lack of them not answering calls with a full voice-mail inbox. Hopefully, the owner will someday find property manager associates who can function efficiently in terms of taking calls. I will update my review once that happens. Update: Unfortunately the rent increases went up by a few dollars shy of $400 in less than a year due to the cost of inflation and supplies for maintenance per the leasing office secretary's statement for parts, etc. It appears that the increases are funding the cosmetic renovations of the units for new upcoming leasees.
