The Hut, located with the properties of 455 Baldwin Drive, is know addressed as 455.5 or 455 &1/2 Baldwin drive. It's 20' 10' exterior measurements give this tiny Barn house structure an actual 16' 10' perimeter for dwelling w/ a 4' 10' outside porch with an over hanging roof that's loft/ storage space accessable from above the front door inside the home. While factory delivery was sent a window on each of 16' sides a 3rd was given on the left side of the front door. As the or the the inside alot of personal touches are being installed as we speak. But with all projects done by couples..... there's a constant change of plans and inability to agree on all the decisions
So, in time more will be revealed with tiny house project of ours.!!!
