Called for two days about a tour. When the woman answered she explained shes very short staffed and doesnt have time to answer calls. I asked for a tour she said she doesnt do tours. I asked how am I supposed to see my place and she hung up and will not answer again.

Do not recommend.I live in Christina Apartments, owned by Sunnyside. The interior is basic, no upgrades, amenities, playgrounds for kids, pool, gym, etc. There's always trash littered around the property - no security, even though there have been multiple times the police have had to be called because of residents. Only 1 tiny parking spot per apartment. The exterior walls to the unit are super thin, you can hear the conversations of people walking on the sidewalk! The interior walls are also super thin, you can hear conversations of people three rooms down from you or upstairs/downstairs. Maintenance people are pretty friendly but management is not. She is very rude in a polite, condescending way. May charge you for maintenance that should be included in your rent! Do not recommend!!
