TERRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE LANDLADY EMMA IS A CROOK AND SHE WANTS TO GIVE FINES FOR EVERYTHING!!! Maintenance does a terrible job and is disrespectful! People are constantly parking in my spot and never get towed! Plow trucks are terrible in the winter months and extermination 2 times a month where you have to leave your property so they can do it on top of cleaning out everything from the cabinets just to put it back in for 2 weeks and they come back again for a follow up spray! And the list goes on. Do not rent from here PLEASE I made a huge mistake.

Those people are so rude and they will literally try to charge you for everything. Also my car got destroyed on their property

Management team is impossible to reach because there is one person managing the facility which is a pain at times because one person cannot manage a bunch of tenants request. When first moving in, the apartment looks well renovated and everything is clean. Quickly things started breaking such as appliances, knobs, etc. Someone who is barely home due to work and have no kids or animals would find it very frustrating to come home and having to constantly request for maintenance. Then when someone comes to fix the issue they leave a mess which makes you discouraged to have them come into your apartment without you present. Been there for only 4 months and I'm already ready to leave. Very dissapointed.
