        I've lived here going on 3 years, and have been very happy. The management works very hard to keep the residents happy and address any issues promptly. It is quiet and clean, and the amenities make life convenient, as does the location. Consider The Wauregan when looking to rent!

        I've enjoyed my time at the Wauregan. The staff are friendly, helpful and attentive. Any issues or repairs in my apartment are taken care of quickly. The community here is friendly and the building is quiet. Public areas are well maintained. I feel proud to live in such a historic Norwich building and hope to stay here for years to come.
