Terraces Apartments

I lived here from 2018-2020 and I moved back here despite a slightly longer commute to work because of the affordability without compromising on space, cleanliness,, service, laundry facilities, and most importantly, allowing pets. Stephanie & Frank are awesome. Its hard to find apartments that arent sketchy, dirty, or extremely expensive nowadays. The Terraces rock.

I give this place 4 Stars. My view was amazing from the 4th floor. My favorite moment of being in this apartment was seeing the bald eagles fly down Chelsea Harbor. The apartment was beautiful! Ornate old buildings in the center of Norwich walking distance from a lot of fun places to visit and eat! The food is amazing in Norwich. And you're not too far away from the Polish church where you can have a taste of Poland once a month! the best! Lol The staff was wonderful. Stephanie the property manager was easy to work with and polite and helpful. A real asset to that company. And when my water heater broke Somebody came and replaced it right away it was wonderful. Not too much of a hassle. There was usually enough parking I was worried about parking when I moved in there. Then there was going to be a blizzard... I called the town office...parking ban is a real thing... the trick I learned was that in the Winter storms you can park in the garage. And if it's over the weekend the town office lady in Norwich said to me that the police chief who was on the other line said to her that the people that are in charge of checking the garage don't on the weekends. So my complaints and the reason why they lost 1 lost 1 star is because of the neighborhood is a little less than desirable sometimes I meet people that are begging for money and I did feel unsafe a couple of times even though I have big dogs they still approached. And the school the school was a great school everybody was very helpful. They do struggle with some bullying issues as most schools probably do. But the school bus did not come up the road we had to walk down and wait on a busy corner I didn't really like that. But that comes with living in a city. Great place to rent. I would go back if I was in need of being in Norwich again.

Stephanie was incredibly helpful during my apartment search! We might be relocating to the area and she was responsive, informative, and gave me all kinds of information about the cool apartments and surrounding area. We will absolutely be going through her if we wind up having to move. I would recommend checking these places out and going through Stephanie if you do. Stellar customer service and you dont find that often anymore.

I absolutely loved my apartment! The only issue I ever had was some leaking that had not been taking care of from previous management. But as soon as Stephanie started she took care of my problem right away! Stephanie is very good at what she does and I knew I could ask her for anything. The view is nice and honestly these are probably some of the best apartments in Norwich you could live in.
