Apartment need updating and maintenance!!!

Floors are noisy, if you have children living above you then you will get used to thunder when the sky is clear.

Unit was signed unseen when I arrived, completely filthy when I walked in. Microwave was covered in grease layer, counters had crumbs on it, dirt and dead leaves in the bathtub, as well as the bathroom window not even fully installed. This to me represented unprofessionalism on behalf of the manager due to not properly walking through units prior to new tenants arriving. Other than the disgusting presentation when I first arrived, all else with the apartment was ok in terms of landscaping, maintenance wait times, etc. Office staff have always been pleasant to communicate with as well.

I have lived at Thamsview 4 plus years. The apartments are newly renovated and the rooms are very spacious. The grounds are very well kept at all times. The pool is very well maintained. The staff in the office is always willing to help you at any time. The maintenance people are very friendly. Having emergency maintenance is a plus . The heat is included and living on SS that is a big plus. The neighbors are very friendly and always willing to help. If you post a review and you have bugs and mold its probably because you are not very cleanly. I have never seen any roaches in all the years I have been here. I am so very thankful I picked Thamsview my experience here has been GREAT!!!!!!
