It has been a pleasure living at Meadowridge! Tania in the leasing office is amazing and has been beyond accommodating! Theyre so friendly and personable; we enjoyed our stay there so much.

Absolutely terrible had roaches mice They came to get rid of the mice and left the dead ones in my Cabinet lousy management Stay away very expensive for the money you spend you can rent or by a house I feel bad for the people that live there besides the lousy property management Norwich Public utilities is very expensive also!!!

This place was nice but then we moved in. The floor was wet in the bathroom because the pipes were leaking. There was mold that never got attended to by the staff. Which i don't even blame the maintenance people because they are probably told to put bandaids on problems since they are so cheap and like to take peoples money. My biggest issue is the fact that even as they say they are military friendly, they still charged us half a months rent when we had to move due to military orders. We gave them the paper work right after receiving an email to send it and still charged us saying we broke our lease. The office staff is rude and they act like they care about you but most certainly don't. Im also pretty sure the office charged me a transfer fee to move from one apartment to another WHEN MY LEASE WAS UP!!! The office manager probably pocketed my 700$. So unfortunate to be treated this way as being a service member especially. We brought them multiple new renters as well. Dont rent here if you're military. They literally are the worst. I would list the rest of the absolute nightmare we went through with this place but this review would be a mile long. They don't even 1 star.
