Summitwoods Apartments

I had the pleasure of living here from 04/23 to 04/24. Debbie and Cindy are amazing landlords - they are always reachable via text or email. There's a bus stop on top of the hill for kids, which is super convenient for parents. The maintenance guy, Lenny, has been there for years and runs a basketball league for kids and adults, which is amazing!!! The neighbors were always super friendly, and I highly recommend this place to anyone considering a move to Norwich!

I reached out to Deb about possibly getting an apartment here before I read the reviews. I wanna make it clear I do not live here, but already my experience with her is she doesn't listen and is extremely pushy. She asked for me to meet today at 10am and I said I couldn't due to work to which she proceeded to guilt me that the apartment might be gone so how about 8:30 or 9. I didn't respond at this point as I read the reviews and was shocked I wake up this morning to a text asking about 11am. This shows you how desperate she is to get this place filled that she isn't even respecting the boundary that I am unavailable. Just a heads up to anyone interested in this place I just wouldn't.

Best place to live, organized, quiet for those who works and wants to spend time tranquil and for taking daytime naps is a plus, management is committed to keep the place in optimum Condition/environment, if you like loud music , having a lot of people in the apartment thats not on the lease, you like to have groups in front of the building unfortunately this is not a place for you, those are privates apartments. Car should be under law requirement, all this rules and plus more regulations will be discussed at the time of sign the lease, I lived there for 2 years because I bought a house otherwise I ll be staying living at Summitwoods apartments best place ever and apartments are modest, comfortable 7 * surroundings well kept . BEST PLACE TO LIVEI recommend SUMMITWOODS DR . Appartments.
