        I just moved in here about a month ago and even tho the apartments are decent and affordable but I mustve killed 20 roaches since being here.. ITS SO DISGUSTING!!! I never had to deal with roaches in my life. We had no choice but to move out of our old apartment so we had to come here and Im happy to have a roof over our heads but the roaches are cringy!!! Im constantly cleaning my kitchen and making sure things are clean but I always see one every few days. Its horrible! Anything else I can deal with but roaches are a huge no no for me!!!!!!

        Been here 5 months now and they are lazy about there apartments. We haven't had heat for these 5 months and there fix was to force the heat on for a night then shut it off the next day and never came back and on top of that we barely have hot waters for showers. Everytime we go to shower its cold barely warm water but the sinks get hot water like come on people your company sucks surprised its even still up and running. this is the worst apartment complex yet they charging 1240 a month. You must be crazy thinking people want to pay that for a busted up apartment with paper thin walls you can hear the neighbors yelling at each other.

        They don't take the residents health issues seriously. My aunt kept complaining about mold in her apt, they did nothing about it. She ended up with a fungal infection on her face that she almost lost her eye. She wasn't moved out of the apt until the flood. The lease says 9pm-9am no excessive noise but when you complain about the upstairs neighbors kids stomping and jumping everyday til 12 am they tell you to call the police, the police does nothing and it's just a ring around the Rosie. The white buildings have thin walls and they all filled with roaches. One resident can be the problem of the roach problem but they don't get penalized for not allowing extermination. The office is unprofessional the way they speak to residence. If you are homeless please don't move here due to desperation. You will regret it.
