Not a horrible or great place to workout, but did have a problem with some nut job flying around swinging stuff around almost hurting my daughter and scaring others. I had to walk to the front desk and say, " So are you going to do something about this or am I going to have to do something about this?" Other than that, the sauna constantly smells like diapers.

This review is specifically for JeVon (trainer). I hired him for 2 months since I was never really knowledgeable around equipment or proper form. He was great! Super friendly, personable and knew his stuff! I can now go to the gym with confidence in getting results I want. Thank you!

This place is constantly packed and dirty with disarranged weights and clips. Dont even get me started on their horrible hours, what kinda 24 HOUR closes at 8 pm?!?
