This property is so nice. Great location and so serene. The Maintenance team is responsive and understands a residents expectations. Plus nature walks literally next door !!! Cant be beat.

Do not be fooled by outdated reviews and fake reviews. New management as of April 2023 and it did not take long for them to turn this place into a real dumphole. And I just received an email earlier today that GREYSTAR is now taking over. They are THE worst in all of Denver. Dont believe me? See Jesse's recent review. And also, Reddit is your best friend.
Past year has been a total 180 from previous management group and they take a complete hands-off approach to everything that doesn't involve being lazy sloths or cashing checks.
Ameneties dont work and dont get fixed in a timely manner, broken gates along the bike and walking path, front gate that has been broken FOR A MONTH. Anyone that wants to can walk right in but its somehow an amenety that they charge for and you can see it clear as day when you attempt to rent from this place. Do you think there has been a reduction in rent to offset this for residents? Ha! No! The gate loves to get stuck at times too...leaving you trapped if you're trying to drive out. It truly is wonderful!
But you'll be happy to know that they do community events once a month in a new-found attempt to distract you from all this! Your residents aren't stupid - we can see thru the shiny object you are waiving! Who needs security and peace of mind that you pay a premium for at your place of living when there's a taco party in the office! That will surely protect the vagabonds from getting in!
And now, conveniently, the online resident portal is down for maintenence with no resolution date on when it will be live again. So you cant submit maintenance requests and they deleted all resident autopay information in an effort to try and catch you on late fees.
And lets not even talk about the ABSOLUTE trash they rent to now or the $400 per month rent increase over past two years. Or the fact that snow removal doesnt really happen anymore even though we pay for it. When we first moved in the residents were respectful and weren't piles of trash. Not anymore.
Office staff is so incredibly two-faced its not even funny. The only redeeming quality of this place is the maintenance team for the units but thats not making up for all of the other shortcomings around here.
Update: property management here has changed hands once again as of February 2024. Apparently being expected to keep up with all the broken ammeneties was just to much for them. This is now thr 3rd property management group here in LESS THAN 9 months. Wow.
Beware of the fake reviews here too. How many people with one or two total Google Map reviews can you get to give 5 stars?
