I just opened a basic checking and savings account at the Patterson/24 road branch. Pamela, was friendly professional, and well informed on all of the banking products, and services Bank of the West offered. I can't express how helpful and friendly she was. She instilled confidence in my decision, to use Bank of the West, and represented the company wonderfully. Thank you. I would recommend Bank of the West, for any banking needs.

They are big on fees,if you are about broke dont bank here. I personally wouldn't choose this bank lousy and fake customer service. Good luck

If you're looking for a bank to open up a new account, don't. Go somewhere else. Do not bank at Bank of the West. Customer service is not good locally or on a national level. I'm also amazed at the lack of knowledge and need to switch banks. It's like they have no experience in banking. It's hard to get a hold of someone and when you do, they don't seem to know the answer to the most basic questions.
