The staff is very nice, but I deposited a $1000 check and they held it for almost 3 weeks per the bank's policy. Its been 6 weeks and I still have not seen it. They have blamed everyone but themselves at this point stating it was the bank that the check came from. When I called them, they said there should be no problem and it was their first time hearing of it. I've had a really hard time getting ahold of anyone there. I wont be keeping my account open. If you want access to your funds, do not go here.

The manager at this branch with the foreign accent is extremely rude. I have never had any issues and have actually recommended this bank to numerous people. I was manipulated with misinformation, resulting in hours of wasted time, to be told something different. Very unprofessional. Management needs to make sure they are training their employess with correct information. Don't depend on this Bank if you find yourself in an emergency. Now I can't access the funds in my account because all of a sudden my card is saying incorrect zip code. I call the bank who can DO NOTHING. Ironic that I have an issue with my bank and my card doesn't work. Very frustrating, the rep didn't even attempt to figure out why. Told me to call Google, what a joke. Google can't do a thing for my bank card.
