      image Sat in the business lane from 2:49 until 3:20 waiting for a basic deposit to be complete. I used to love this bank, however, lately it is getting slower and taking longer.

      image My credit card was frozen in the early A.M. upon a Black Friday purchase, as their automated fraud system found it suspicious. I called the help number to no avail and visited this branch the following afternoon. I was warmly greeted by a banker named, Naomi, and I am glad I was! She was kind, attentive, patiently dispelled all of my concerns with reasoning, and we solved my issue! Refreshingly patient, personable, and knowledgeable, and if shes representative of the people at this branch, I suggest you bank here.
