I was just in there to have my speaker looked at because it was malfunctioning and I waited for 10 minutes before anyone helped me. The gentleman then came out the back and asked to help me looked at my phone and told me to take it to the Apple phone store and then said if you dont mind, Im gonna help someone else that it just walked in. That was very rude. In a bad experience I wont come again. And he was the manager.
Needless to say, I came back to work, and my coworker told me to turn it off and turn it on and now its working fine.

Unhelpful and irritating customer service
I have been 5 years customer I literally came all way to fix my screen protector s and then they came saying we dont do screen protectors unless you buy from us thats excuse after one agents told me on phone to come here and will fixed for you he literally two of them agents waste my time and waste of energy. One star is way too much for them.

277 a month is what my bill came out to after some kid named Nash scammed me just to get commission. He even told me he was already at $700 commission for the month. Glad I was able to add to it. I was promised my bill would go up by 30 and it went up by 100. He scammed me into opening a new phone line to get the "deal" DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE. THEY ARE HUNGRY FOR COMISSSION
