Cricket Wireless Authorized Retailer

I can't say enough about the above & beyond customer service I received from both, Rae & Escha!!! I hope Cricket Wireless appreciates the fact that these 2 young ladies are the reason a loyal customer of over 15 yrs will continue to stay with Cricket Wireless regardless of the inconvenience & frankly, completely ridiculous fact the organization is FORCING customers to buy a new phone or take one of only 2 choices they offer for the cost of taxes. If it wasn't for the two of them I would have been through for good and made sure the world knew not to ever bother with Cricket Wireless at all.

Eisha and Caesar were excellent in customer service. Went to Cricket withy friend who needed help with her portable wifi box. Eisha found the solution to WiFi and got us on our way as happy satisfied customers. Thanks Cricket for hiring excellent staff to assist us in the stores when we need help. I really like this branch. Solved my problem in less than 5 minutes. I would go to no other branch. Recommend. That review was on Dec. 21 at 3900 w. Colfax branch. Went back yesterday, Jan. 3. and added another line to my account. They had a hard time answering my questions like they didn't know what they were doing. 3/4 time i eventually answered my own questions. The hardest ones were breaking down the 77.00 charge - itemized -.... I was told that since i already had insurance that i would not be charged 8.00 for the second line. Cricket g.mailed a reciept for 38.00. not. 77.000. I went back today to find out what happened to the rest of the 77.00??? And why 38.00 instead of 30.00 when i was told no insurance charge. They said they didn't tell me -no insurance -. and a few other things... Now..... I'm the liar. Please find another branch to go to. These guys need to go back to cellphone school and to learn to remember what they say......These guys will waste your time and make you feel like the stupid one.
