    This store ROCKS! Went to a different location and they tried to tell me a new phone would require an upgrade of $15/month plus cost of phone. I was tired with dealing with them so I tried this location. Not only did I leave paying $500 less than what the other store was offering, but they even offered advice on how to do a direct data transfer over from my broken phone at a highly discounted price from a local phone repair store. Shout out Pedro! Management, if youre reading this, give that man a raise.

    Came to get assistance filing a claim to get my screen fixed on my phone through the insurance. The gentleman who helped me had absolutely terrible customer service and offered demands instead of assistance. Wouldn't listen to me. Insisted I needed to go through with paying for a replacement phone because in his opinion my phone didn't work. Despite it definitely receiving calls and texts, I just couldn't always get the screen to light up and even when it did. It would half light up properly. While on the phone with a another Verizon rep he interrupted and was trying to still tell me I need a replacement phone and shouldn't try to get the glass replaced. - he was wrong thankfully the rep over the phone had amazing customer service and listened to what I needed. Ubreakifix had my screen replaced in 30 minutes and my phone still completely functional. - I am a loyal Verizon customer but I won't be going back to this one, especially after also reading other reviews of how Terrible the customer service is at this location.

    I have been to this store twice - left frustrated both times. Today had issues with a home internet box, barely let me get the words out before telling me he couldn't help and then made me feel like I was wasting his time (I really wasn't there long). I asked for the manager repeatedly and was told they would just say the same thing, so no manager for me. Please understand, this was also the second verizon store I had been to, and last week they told me to drop it off (after I spoke to six people). I called verizon on the way home (which he correctly advised me to do) and fixed everything. I just appreciate the empathy/ customer service of the phone support muchmore than the cold and brass approach of the employee.

    I went to Verizon at 2073 S. Colorado Blvd. after I got home and my phone wouldn't respond or turn on. Hillary (the Manager) immediately came up to me as I walked in to see how she could help. I told her the situation, she took my phone did some quick physical adjustments (pushing on/off buttons several different ways) and it came back on! The whole visit lasted maybe 10 minutes and she wouldn't charge me anything! Made my day, so appreciated!
