Target

I love ordering online from Target - its easy, convenient, and time saving! I would have to suggest that the employees have more training on customer service, however. The employee that delivered my items to my car only asked me my name, handed me the items I ordered (without a bag), and had me sign for the delivery. He did not smile, say hello, thank me for shopping there or wish me a good day. These are easy things to do to make people want to come back. From my personal experience, I wouldnt suggest having your order delivered to you in the drive up area.

Sad excuse for a target. They didnt hire any cashiers and forced people to use self-checkout. Now, they've closed the self checkout and STILL not hired any cashiers!! 9am on a wednesday and theres a 5-person line waiting for a single slow cashier while groups of 2-3 employees stand around nearby talking and laughing with each other. Horrible, unprofessional look. Can't even come for a quick trip because checkout can take so long.

Target stores have better quality products and much cleaner stores than Walmart at competitive prices. I LOVE the sturdy, quiet-rolling shopping carts - they really make a difference in the noise level in the stores. Every store should have these. The Super Targets also carry a quality selection of grocery items. During the pandemic we began using same-day drive-up service for items ordered and purchased through the Target app, and now we use the in-store pick-up service a couple of times a month. It is quick and convenient, employees are pleasant and efficient, and every one of our orders have been accurate for both methods of pick-up since 2020! Items that are not in stock and must be shipped are delivered within just a few days. I recently had to go to Walmart for a cosmetic item Target didnt carry, and its the same dirty unorganized store as before the pandemic.
