Buckle

Buckle is the only place I will shop for pants. Usually I go to the mall but figured Id give this one a shot. Was hoping to be in and out with a couple pairs of jeans. I couldnt help myself since they dont keep the pants on the shelf and there is a sign by the displayed pants stating you need to be assisted (Im assuming they are not shelved anymore due to theft, which is understandable) All of the employees were free with the exception of one who was checking someone out. The rest were folding clothes. None of the 5 free employees could be bothered to help. So after about 10 minutes I left. I guess Ill try the mall or purchase online. Sad that no one wanted to help since I was about to drop at least $400 on jeans, but honestly Im ok with it because none of them deserved the commission that would have come from it.

If I could give this staff 10 stars I would.!!! We had the pleasure of working with Nate. Not only did he give honest opinions of what looked good , he went above and beyond taking outfits off the Mannequin and bringing numerous pieces of clothes to the fitting room. We literally bought almost everything he suggested . Not once did he get frustrated with us . He definitely knows how to mix and match and his style is top notch! We also had the pleasure of Chris chiming in too and we loved it! Emily was beautiful and helpful . This store is literally my new favorite store and Nate will be our personal stylist going forward! Thank you

I received incredible customer service, as well as personal service from Taylor today. She not only made me feel comfortable and confident as a woman trying on jeans. But she also renewed my Faith in Customer Service. Taylor really took the time to hear me and my story. She should be commended for her heart as well as her Customer Service .

Every time Im in there, the team makes me feel like Im part of a family. They know exactly what products Im into. The variety is great. And they always update me on new items that fit my preferences.
