        Went in today to return two items and the girl said she could return one item but not the other one because the other one didn't have a tag on it. I had my receipt for the purchase so I couldn't understand why she was trippin. I looked up their policy, and it doesn't state that you have to have the tags on the item to return, just a receipt. Terrible customer service, I'll be going to another Hollister store, and not returning back to this one. My first time in this location, and my last.

        The girl with short hair ringed up my one pair of jeans and the total came out to be $64. I asked there not on sale? She replied no theyre not when clearly the entire store is 40% off. Terrible service.
