Ginger is amazing! We were a walk in looking for Russian Pointe's that no one has in stock. My daughter has a performance in one week and her shoes are dead beyond belief with no hope of getting the style she has worn for the last couple years in stock any time soon (she has been waiting on backorder everywhere for months). We had her fitted at another store for a new style, but even though the fitter tried to make a good match (and she has been fit there for years) the first time she wore them she knew they wouldn't work. Her feet were in a lot of pain. We showed up at The Dancer's Outlet hoping they might have what we needed but feeling defeated. They didn't have the style of Russian's we were looking for (they did have others), but Ginger took her time and fit my daughter for a new style that she is comfortable in and will keep her feet sound for the performance. Ginger listens well and communicates the reasons behind why she is choosing to fit certain shoes and details on exactly how they should feel on the feet. My daughter (19) has been dancing for over 12 years and after the fitting she mentioned she'd never learned so much good information or felt so good about a pointe shoe fitting before. I highly recommend Ginger to anyone looking for a highly qualified, detailed, instructive, and all around sweet pointe shoe fitter.
