Fantastic shoe shop! Bought a pair of super sporty kicks from a steller young man by the name of Riley! He was super helpful, polite and friendly! Guided me through my quest for new shoe with confidence and a flare for the dramatic that literally made my day! Ten out of ten stars for Riley! He is a credit to his store and to retail workers everywhere! Take a bow Riley! Five out of five stars for Journey's as well! With staff like Riley the world is a better place and my feet feel amazing!

Great location! They helped me order a pair of shoes that they didn't have in store, I think the employee's name was Sydney. Will definitely be back when I need to buy shoes

This store has the rudest employees. My family and I were here a few days ago. We were looking for shoes for our son. The employee who helped was Sydney, she was so rude and very disgusted that we bothered her. What is the point of working customer service if you are going to treat people like trash. I will never shop at this Journeys again until this rude, inconsiderate employee is fired. This experience was super Unpleasant. The blame can't be all put on her I also blame journeys. As a person, you are a direct reflection of your boss. So clearly The owner is rude as well. As well as the manager.
