Been going for about a month and plan to keep coming. Everyone is so welcoming! The workouts are challenging for all levels of fitness and are varied and fun. I love the childcare too. My kids like the toys, activities, and the teachers.

Burn boot camp has been one of my favorite things about my temporary move to COS. I was looking to join a group setting, trainer motivated workout community and thats exactly what I found at Burn.. plus more! The workouts are always different, the trainers and peers push me to be my best, and I know Ill always leave getting my butt kicked (in the best way)!! I truly love the Burn community and would recommend to anyone. Best part is they are nationwide and your membership is good at all locations! Thanks for a great [almost] year!!!

Ive been going here about 3 months now, and its been the best thing about my move to Colorado Springs! Ive met wonderful people, been given amazing structure, and experienced some awesome workouts. I love that the schedule changes weekly, that the instructors are all amazing, and that the facility is huge, very clean, and always playing great music. The equipment is all newer (in great shape) and there are awesome items for purchase as well (gear, protein powders, bars, etc). I dont have any children BUT they also offer free childcare which is amazing to see. The vibe is always very positive. No matter your fitness level, everyone is welcomed here with open arms, and every instructor is dedicated to making sure everyones form is correct and modified for those at the beginner stage. They also offer free seminars on Saturdays which are amazing. Ive attended one for lower back help, one on nutrition, and even one for learning hip hop moves! All extremely beneficial and an amazing offering. Happy to say I signed the longest contract they offer. Thanks Burn family!!

This is my workout spot!!! They have amazing coaches, a very positive environment, and the work outs are effective! It is a 45 minute long boot camp that is different every single workout! If you are looking for a place that will keep you motivated, this should be your spot too!
