An amazing gym with a great staff. Jai is thorough and detailed in his training. He takes extra care of those with injuries and adjusts the workout if needed. Worktime has helped me achieve my athletic goals that use to not be possible.

Love this place. Ive been here over a year now and its uncommon for me to stay at a gym this long. I attribute the longevity of my commitment to several factors. 1.) the workouts change from week to week. My body is always growing and changing in a different way. 2.) Im always being challenged. Everyone is at different levels and theres no judgement, only growth. 3.) the community. The people at this gym have made me feel like family. They accept me with all of my eccentricities, and for that alone I feel like I can work in silence or with friends. Great place, definitely come and check it out.

Legit! Owner/trainer Jai helped me lose over 60lbs and get into the best shape of my life in my mid 40's. Super functional workouts, not just a "gym" where you can lift some heavy things. And they have tons of stuff on site from other businesses as well from massages, karate, jujitsu, boxing, and a rehab center.... 10/10
