Just completed the one week trial and signed up for an unlimited membership. Im extremely community driven and hands on when it comes to my physical fitness membership and community. F45 Colorado Springs was welcoming, friendly and more importantly invested in my physical goals. Engaged with several coaches over the week, each asked about any limitations or injuries I had and took the time to genuinely engage with me. Brandon checked in with me and answered all of my questions via phone and text off hours. Definitely recommend.

I have really enjoyed my experience. I'm getting stronger and fitter . I love the coaching , and the community here! Im over 60 and feel welcomed and accepted .The coaches are diligent about teaching correct form, and giving me a modified exercise if needed. The classes are challenging and fun!

I recently had a friend tell me about F45. It was extremely easy to get set up and get into my first class. I was welcomed with genuine kindness followed by a tour of the facility as well as explaining the process of the workouts. On to the workout, the coaches were helpful, motivating and engaged the whole time. 45 minute workout flew by. I would highly recommend the Colorado Springs location.
