    I went there because I'd been having some problems with my newly purchased Tmobile phone. The guy that helped me was okay, but he was a bit overly sure of himself and a bit too cocky. When he thought he'd fixed my problems the first time, I wasn't so sure. I showed him some other problems I'd been having, and suddenly, he was perplexed. He took my phone and was looking through it, then pushed a few buttons, and again replied, "There, it's fixed now. Trust me, I took cyber security in school," he boasted. Again, I'm not so convinced about his help. I still can not use some of my Tmobile apps, and his answers were to not use them then. He commenced to uninstalled the same apps customer service, over the phone, reccommend I dowload and use! When I asked about the three month free subscription I was supposed to get, he told me that I'd have to go through the Tmobile Tuesday app. If the app is not working properly, and his advice was to just not use the apps, then how was I supposed to get my credit for the free subscription!? He was contradicting himself and his own advice, though I dont think he even noticed. He was acting as if I were starting to bother him and was wasting his time. He kept looking away from me while I was trying to show him something that I didn't understand, and he kept looking over at the only other customer in store. I thought to myself, "There IS another worker here who was not with a customer, so he was available to help that man waiting. I found that to be really rude! He was at work, and so, whether he was helping me or nobody, he still had to be there! That, after all, IS his place of work. He had to be there regardless! I, on the other hand, was taking time out of my day to go there and get some resolution for all the problems I'd been having. It was obvious that he wasn't listening to anything I was saying after he told me that he fixed my phone for the second time and told me to just not use the apps. I was losing my patients with his poor customer service skills and his bad attitude, and I left. Were my problems resolved? Well, a couple of them were, but not all of them. I guess I'll be calling customer service again. One good thing, at least over the phone, they are a lot more kind and patient.

    Called this store after seeing Tmobile had a deal where one could trade in their phone and get $1000 off a new phone. Asked them if I dropped from 2 lines to just 1 line, if I would still qualify. Worker at location informed me that yes, I would still qualify because I was doing a trade-in promotion and not a "add a line" promotion, that even with dropping to 1 line, I would qualify. Went in person the next day and the workers there informed me that that information was wrong and I would need to wait 90 days after dropping a line in order to qualify for promotions. Waste of a drive down there to only get contradicting information.
