T-Mobile - Closed

I wanted to switch my prepaid account to a 2 year contract and add my fiancé. The entire staff was helpful! There were issues with the switch, of course, and we had to call customer support. They said they rushed it through, but an hour later it hadn't moved. Nadia got on the phone and took control and had it changed in less than 15 minutes. She made sure I left with 2 working phones, including the new sim card. She went out of her way to help, and I absolutely recommend this store!

Very rude and not readily prepared to help. They quickly wanted to turn us away telling us to call customer support who we were already on the phone with for over an hour. They seemed quick to want to get back tp sitting on the counter and on there phones. One gentleman didn’t even bother moving from his seat and continued to play on his phone talking rudely to us saying they wouldn’t be able to help also. He was not wearing a name tag but he was working with a Macaleb and Nadia. Very disappointing and the reason why we switched to Verizon. Thankfully Macaleb was somewhat willing to help us.

Well, here goes a rare bad review. I went to this store as I am switching over from Sprint to T-Mobile and I was surprised to find out that my new phone (Pixel 5a) would not work on T-Mobile's network. Here's the problem, this is actually not true. I went to another store today and found out my phone will, in fact, work on T-Mobile's network. I'm not sure if this is some shady sales tactic. The guy said he looked up my account but didn't ask for an eSim, ICCID, or IMEI. He also did not ask for my phone number after he verified my account number. Thankfully, I'll be staying with T-Mobile for now but the lack of knowledge and clarification at this store almost cost T-Mobile/Sprint a 20 year customer. Please retrain your staff to clarify and ask for proper information. They also might need to know what an eSim, ICCID, or IMEI number is as the salesperson did not know what these things are. To the owner of this non-corporate location, if reading this angers you, you have no one else but yourself to blame. You have set these employees up for failure either through sales quotas, lack of training, or both.

Not a very good experience. This was the third t mobile store I had been to where the costumer service wasn’t good. Just wanted someone to go the extra mile and help me get a new phone.
