Just about the worst retail site I've ever delt with. Don't even bother trying to call the store, they'll ask you if they can put you on a brief hold and then never pick the phone back up. Twice ive called and sat on hold for over 30 minutes before just hanging up. The employees seem to only care about socializing, want to make an appointment?? Me to, but I don't know how because no one answers the phone. Verizon here I come.

Very fast service and it was not too busy. Great customer service and they fixed my crack screen in an hour.

Purchased a Google Pixel 4 Xl in Dec 2019. The phone was great except it wasn't connecting to the internet or making calls. After 2hrs, the technician finally got the phone to connect to internet and make calls. However, after leaving the store we found the phone would only connect to the WiFi and not the unlimited Sprint 4G plan.
Scheduled a second repair appointment for thesame phone. The next issue is phone will not turn on. We get to the store and were told that the technician has been out for days and our options are: to call back in a few days, or go to an out of town location. A courtesy call would have been graatly appreciated.
