I visited this branch to cash a payroll check. Worst customer service experience ever. There was no problem cashing the check, but the teller was incredibly rude and acted extremely inconvenienced simply doing her job. These are the kind of people that make corporations explore non-human service replacements.

Direct quote from the poorly trained banker at the drive through. "Overdraft protection is not a line of credit, you can only Overdraft your checking account if you have funds in savings to cover it" It's not Overdraft protection if you need money in the account to cover it, that is a funds transfer. Overdraft protection is a service intended to cover incidental costs in between pay periods. I need gas, food, and materials for work. That would incur individual Overdraft fees for EVERY transaction instead of a single fee for a cash debit that is enough to cover my costs.

Walked in and stood there waiting to deposit a check without a teller or other employees even greeting me or asking if I needed help for over five minutes. Thought bank of the west was bad, this is the new bank of the worst. Good job chasing customers away, Chase Bank.
