        Guaranty Bank was wonderful! But Independent Bank is horrendous. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere... Cancelled my savings account without my permission and I didn’t even know!! They transferred all the money in my savings to my checking. Nobody ever answers the phones or helps out their customers. Absolutely horrible!

        I loved the old Castle Rock Bank but this Institution doesn't know what customer service is! No one answers the phone you must know extension, ridiculous!! They do not get to "know" their customer. Very dissatisfied
