Im really frustrated with opening a new account. This is not my first rodeo, but it does appear to be US Banks first rodeo. I have tried for two months to get a bank account open, and at one point I was told they couldnt talk to me until I showed up in person. So I showed up in person. Note: I showed up to open the account, with the president of my organization, and we gave them all of our contact and identifying information. We have complied with everything they have asked. And yet, they cant talk to me until I show up? Its been one more month and nothing else has happened. Im about to go down there again today and find out if this will be my last trip to US Bank or not.

We used the ATM at this branch and $400 was removed from our bank account while no funds were dispensed from the ATM machine. US Bank did not provide any assistance to us so were out of funds until our personal bank is able to investigate and confirm.

Extremely positive experience with this branch. Highly recommend taking to Dan as he is extremely knowledgeable and walked me through every step and question I had. 10/10.

There is no US Bank at this location just some private field. The bank is back in the King Soopers. Which is never open anymore!! It was a very convenient place. Not anymore!
