On February 27 I called to pay on my man room and the lady at the front desk at 8am was so rude and mean to me that we will never stay at one of your Comfort suites ever again.She wouldn't give me her name or let me pay for my man room.

Couldn't get key card access to my room for 6 of my 7 day trip. Thank God my brother and I had a shared door between our rooms. Don't stay here!
