Pool needs a deep cleaning, was really dirty , room was not that clean , not bad for a 1 night stay . It being a holiday Inn I expected more from it ..

Great hotel, need some things buttoned up. As far as my room. It was great. Very bright vibrant colors great lighting great room comfortable. But the girl at the front desk overcharged me for the deposit. The deposit was supposed to be 50 she charged me 126$. I didn't notice until I got to the room. Reached out to her in the morning about it and she was completely ignorant about it. Said that no she only charged me $50 and it didn't take out of my bank I even showed her my bank statement and my balance which reflected it taking the money out and the correct amount it took out. Said I'm going to have to wait a couple days to see what happens. Later on in the day when somebody else worked I approached the guy and let him know that they charged me the wrong amount and right away he got on the computer looked up the information and confirmed that they did charge me wrong for my deposit. He made some adjustments on his side and assured me it will be corrected by my next banks processing day. Also the bathroom in the swimming pool area definitely needs something put on the hinges on the door. There is a pile of rust behind the door that you can see Clear as day once the door shut. Very unsanitary and could be dangerous. If they get the girls attitude at the front desk adjusted to be more caring and get the rested out metals fixed I can fully commit to this hotel being one of the best I've ever stayed at.
