Hyatt House Boulder/Broomfield

Everyone at this location was super friendly and super helpful. Each time that we needed anything or had any questions, the team members were quick to help out. The breakfast was a little disappointed. Our room was in front of the elevator so there was definitely more noise from the foot traffic, but overall, I was satisfied with the reservation.

We stayed at this Hyatt for a personal vacation. Pat was great at the front desk both when checking in and out. The staff was really friendly and helpful when I had questions. The housekeeping missed a few things, but not the biggest deal ever as talking to the front desk resolved it. Overall a nice stay and would most likely stay again if coming to Denver! Noteworthy details: I booked this stay with Hyatt points, which gave me great value compared to the cash price. Had to stay an extra night due to a snowstorm, but staff was able to let me stay in the same room even when I had to create a separate booking for the extra night. Really appreciated that!

We stayed here twice, once in October and now in February- we liked the rooms set up, bar and breakfast. However this time the bar was closed, our room was never cleaned had to ask for towels and toilet paper (at the desk) because no one answered the phone. The room smelt like an ashtray and found a threatening letter from the GM stuck in our door handle alerting us of a $250 fine and eviction for smoking or vaping. We stayed three nights wont come back. Will choose another hotel or get a VRBO. Rooms: Well designed rooms but never cleaned Food & drinks: Great bar but was closed Very nice breakfast
