Great place. Went for a romantic getaway with my wife. We had a jetted tub in the room, very romantic.
Rooms: Love the tub in the room. Makes for a romantic night.
Food & drinks: The attached pub and restaurant have really good food. They also have hundreds of types of whiskey to try.

This place is amazing! Everyone who works here is super friendly and accommodating. They were always nice when we had a question or needed something, and check-in and check-out were a breeze.
The courtyard is a very cute, relaxing area to hang out in the mornings and when the restaurant isn't busy (I definitely recommend checking the restaurant out, too). The rooms are big and homey, with a kitchenette and good-sized tub in a normal king room. Rooms are also very clean, if a bit dated. But then again, I didn't go for a 'hotel' vibe, so I kinda liked that.
If you are worried about the noise from the restaurant, don't be. The doors are incredibly sound-proof, to the point that when you close it, there is no noise from outside. Restaurant patrons also seem to stay out of the inn-half of things.
One note-- bring your own pen and make sure you fill out your slip for breakfast. We forgot a pen and had to keep borrowing from the pub.

I read the reviews and thought it would be a great place for a romantic weekend with my beautiful girlfriend but the fish I had was burned to a crisp and we got a room with a jetted tub we didn't get to use it because they do not provide hot water I wanted to make this a regular getaway but I don't think I will pay 200 bucks for not even a hot shower again it was terrible
