Eye doctor was very informative and nice. She took her time explaining things thoroughly!! I had a good experience. The guys were also helpful the ones before I saw the eye doctor, they were nice also.

I'd been coming to VCS locations for over two decades, and, while it wasn't a budget-bargain-discount joint, it WAS a quality-detail-service joint. The eye docs were first-rate, the equipment was state-of-the-art and the opticians had always gone the proverbial extra mile to get me the eyewear I needed.
After the switch to MyEyeDr's ownership everything slid downhill pretty fast, my favorite trusted staff left, doctors rotated through like carousel ponies and the lab they used for actually turning out the glasses was a slow trainwreck, botching lenses repeatedly on the same Rx.

I had a great experience with my eye exam and picking out frames for the first time. Dr. Lam was very thorough and kind. She was patient and answered all of my questions. Salina was incredibly helpful! I was overwhelmed and she instantly made me feel comfortable and had the perfect strategy to help me find my ideal frames. I really had no idea where to start and she helped ease all of my concerns. Thank you for a great experience.
