I’ve been coming to this location for the past couple years and I highly recommend this place for all you eye car needs. Their technology is very advanced that they don’t need to dilate your eyes anymore. Staff is very friendly and professional. Look for Jen.W! She truly goes above and beyond and is always looking out for the patients best interest. She gives you A+ service and makes you feel like a friend.

I have been coming into this office for over fifteen years and this was my first experience with the new My Eye Doctor. When I went in to pick up my glasses on Saturday, the person that helped me was rude and not helpful. I called and left a message requesting the office manager to call me and she never did. I am very disappointed with this company especially since they do not care about their long time clients. I do not recommend them.

I purchased eye glasses here 4 years ago. I was tired of looking for my reading glasses. I had insurance but still paid hundreds of my own money for upgrades including their fancy frames. Basically, glorified reading glasses.
Last year the frames broke and I was back looking for my reading glasses.
Yesterday I went in and asked if they could replace the frames. They said my prescription was expired and I would need to make an appointment for an exam to get a new one. Again.. for glorified reading glasses. I walked away.
I went to Walmart vision center and I am wearing my glasses as I write this review, so I am good now.

Everyone in this office has always been so friendly and so eager to help ensure customer satisfaction. I've been going here for 5+ years and have never had anything but the best experience, even when a new prescription wasn't translating onto the lens quite right. They work with me and do whatever is needed to make sure my vision is corrected and my glasses are comfortable to wear.

Definitely would recommend. My husband and I have been before but this time we took our kids as well. The staff is great especially with our special needs daughter who has never seen a “eye” doctor before. Everything was explained to us while purchasing multiple pairs of glasses and definitely didn’t feel pressured or taken advantage of. Very friendly atmosphere.
