This is for the staff not the Dr. . . Absolutely rude and unhelpful. maybe I caught them on a bad day but after getting off a 5 minute hold the receptionist (?) was extremely curt and essentially gaslighted me. She said she couldn't help me even with a referral from the urgent care.

For years, Ive visited MANY eye doctors with severe dry eye problems until I began seeing Dr. Burrell! Ive been a patient of hers for almost 2 years and Ive had little to no problems with my eyes being red and dry. She is AMAZING!!!

The most helpful and friendly people in the eye business. Was able to do same day exam for a DOT exam needed for a CDL and went above and beyond to help satisfy the states needs. Wounderful staff careing and friendly as can be. Wish there was more stats to give....

Ive been a patient of Dr. Burrells for 20 years. She performed my LASIK surgery with great results. She has treated my dry eyes for years and now shes helping me age as gracefully as I can with her cosmetic therapy. Ive always had a stellar experience.
